lab77 is a space within the seventy7 group which aims to encourage creative exploration without the usual restrictions of commercial briefs, defined as the “Wild Child” of Seventy7. it explores visual and technological creativity.

• created the mission, vision + purpose of lab77

• developed the branding and platforms

• work on projects as well as collaborating with the wider group to create expressive content.

jan 22 - current @ seventy7 london

• developing cgi as a commercial product for the agency ensuring the quality and cost is competitive

• working as a 3d artist and animator on projects, making sure that briefs were met within budget and deadlines

• researching and developing our 3d services, combining it with other services such as video and photography, to create bespoke virtual production and hybrid projects.

• creating marketing material, social blogs and case studies to promote our cgi offering

• sourcing 3rd party services

• managed all infrastructure, technical equipment and software for the studio.

• negotiating contracts for data, it support and other 3rd party services

• implementing a groupwide project management and finance system

• managing onboarding and studio logistics of large projects for clients such as de beers, covering security, insurance and workflows for content

jan 12 - nov 17 @ hungry tiger [renamed seventy7]

• responsible for the Post Production for all content from the London studios covering high end stills, video, animation, CGI and motion graphics for luxury brands.

• scheduling, briefing and Managing a team of 7 plus all outsourced and freelance work that prides itself its reputation for intense and precise work

• quoting on all projects, whether they are small up to rfps

• successfully finding and managing a transition to outsourcing e-commerce post-production, reducing costs by 40%.

• worked with brands such as john lewis, M&s, Jimmy Choo, tom ford, belstaff and body shop

• Overseeing the full production process to create standard practises, develop quality guidelines & ensuring slas were met

• Motivating & monitoring a creative team, handling appraisals & providing feedback to enable the progression of my team & the department

• Involved in the production of materials for marketing projects including online competitions, event stands, promotional films and all company material
